Many clients prefer to meet by phone or video, but coffee and a private meeting space is on me at any Indianapolis-area COHatch location!
In my 1,000+ hours of coaching, I've found that what is often needed when overwhelmed by the difficulty, busyness, and uncertainty of this life is a mindset shift. And I’ve been witness to the leveraging power that only a coaching relationship possesses to make that shift towards a more authentic, fulfilled life embraced with enthusiasm.
I am often inspired by my clients who are willing to do the hard work of investing in themselves for their own benefit as well as for the benefit of their loved ones and esteemed colleagues, and I see that happen often as the coaching relationship sends ripples beyond my clients' own lives.
Professional Coaching Relationship.
In working with me, you gain a relationship with a Professional Certified Coach of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold-standard of coaching. I primarily practice Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC), which I was trained and supervised in while practicing three years as a Mental Health Coach at Lyra Health, an industry leader in clinical level care serving the nation’s most recognizable companies coast to coast. I also hold a Master’s in Counseling and worked on staff as a career coach early in my career at Ivy Tech Community College, the University of Indianapolis, and Indiana Wesleyan University. It’s this combination of cognitive behavioral coaching and career coaching experience I draw upon while working with clients as a Vocational Wellness Coach.
Tested Tools & Frameworks.
While journeying alongside others through the trials, missteps, and overall confusion many experience around vocation, I’ve been studying philosophy, theology and psychology trying to find answers as I’ve wrestled with many of the same problems as my clients. This has resulted in well-tested tools and frameworks I use with clients gain awareness and perspective, organize their lives and lead themselves so they can live life to the fullest. These frameworks help you assess and distinguish between what is and is not working for you and clearly, confidently shift into a new approach towards your work and home life.
